All email providers have spam filters, and some are unfortunately interpreting our invite and notification emails as spam.

We are working on solving this problem supplier by supplier, but you might still have your invitation emails ending up in a spam filter.

For the moment, we are having problems with with email services provided by Microsoft such as Hotmail, Live and Office 365 mail. If the email ends up as spam you can manually change your settings and allow Konfident to get through:

  1. Go to your oulook web mail (
  2. Choose settings - Options
  3. Under Options - Mail choose Safe senders
  4. Enter
  5. Click + to add the entry
  6. Click Save

Other email providers will have similar settings.
